3.1.1. There is no user registration, account creation option or any function on the Website that would directly collect personal data about users and store them in the Data Controller's own system. Personal data will only be processed if the user provides it voluntarily (e.g. when contacting us).
4.1.1. Ticket purchases for Unmatched Events are handled through the Cooltix system. During the ticket purchase process, the personal data provided by the customer, in particular the customer’s name, e-mail address, gender, age, and any other information necessary for the purchase of tickets are collected, organized, and stored by Cooltix in its own database.
4.1.2. The Data Controller may access these datavia the Cooltix administrative interface; however, the Data Controller:
- does not download or store the data in its own system,
- does not store the data in a separate database,
- does not transfer the date to any third party, and
- uses the data exclusively for the organization and administration of the Event, as well as for the preparation of statistical reports necessary for the planning of future Events.

5.1.1. Payment transactions are processed by Stripe, Inc through Cooltix. The data provided during payment including bank card data and transaction information are processed and stored exclusively within the Stripe system.

The Data Controller shall not be liable for any malfunctions, errors or data processing problems occurring in the infrastructure of external service providers (Webflow, Cooltix, SimplePay, Számlázz.hu) used for the operation of the Website and for ticket purchase, payment and invoicing processes.
15.1.1. The Data Controller is entitled to unilaterally amend this Policy. The amendment shall enter into force on the date of publication on the Website and shall also apply to the legal relationships established after publication and to the legal relationships remaining with the continued use of the service.
