Referral GuidelineS

These Referral Guidelines (hereinafter: Guidelines) set forth the terms and conditions of the referral program (hereinafter: Program) organized and operated by Kemper Mór Milán e.v. (tax number: 91616528-1-43, hereinafter: Unmatched or Service Provider).

Unmatched is continuously looking for premium venues where we can host our exclusive, offline social events for singles. The goal of our referral program is to financially reward those who, through their genuine, personal connections, introduce us to the decision-makers of suitable venues.

Participation in the Program is strictly limited to legally competent natural persons who have reached the age of 18. By participating in the Program and submitting the referral form, the Referrer automatically accepts the terms and conditions set forth in these Guidelines.

1. What kind of venues are we looking for?

We welcome referrals for stylish and high-quality venues (bars, bistros, restaurants, event spaces) that match the atmosphere of our events and meet the following criteria:

- Location: Budapest, Szeged, Győr, Pécs, Debrecen
- Capacity: Can comfortably accommodate at least 60 people. We are primarily looking for venues where the entire establishment (or one of its floors) can be reserved for exclusive use during the event (completely private). In certain cases, a well-separated private area or a spacious private room with its own distinct atmosphere may also be a suitable option; the key is to ensure an exclusive and undisturbed environment for the participants.
- Profile: Aligns with the elegant yet approachable atmosphere of Unmatched events.

Unmatched reserves the right of final decision in all cases regarding the evaluation of referrals, the initiation of contact, and the establishment of partnerships.

2. What constitutes a valid referral?

The prerequisite for the payment of the reward is a Valid Referral. A referral is only valid if all of the following criteria are met:

- Genuine, personal connection: The Referrer has an actual relationship with the venue's decision-maker (e.g., owner, manager) and actively assists in establishing contact (e.g., via an email introduction, or prior telephone consultation with the decision-maker).
- New partner: Unmatched has not previously worked with the Venue, and is not in negotiations with them at the time of submission.
- Exclusion of public contact information: Providing general contact details that are publicly accessible to anyone on the Venue's website or social media platforms (such as central phone numbers, or email addresses like info@... or hello@...) does not in itself constitute a Valid Referral. The Program is specifically aimed at facilitating direct, personal contact with decision-makers, therefore forwarding public information does not establish eligibility for the reward.

3. Reward and payment conditions

In the event of a successful partnership, the Referrer is entitled to a one-time finder's fee (Reward) of 50,000 HUF. The payment will be strictly executed only if all of the following conditions are simultaneously met:

- Based on the referral, an official contract/agreement is concluded between Unmatched and the Venue.
- The first Unmatched event takes place successfully and seamlessly at the given Venue.
- No force majeure, cancellation, mass refund obligation, or legal or financial dispute arises with the Venue in connection with the event.

The Reward is exclusively payable after the first event hosted at the specific Venue. If Unmatched returns to the Venue in the future, the Referrer is not entitled to any further compensation for subsequent events.

3.2. Administrative conditions and payment deadline:

The basic prerequisite for the payment of the reward is the successful completion of the first event at the given Venue. Unmatched will settle the Reward amount with the Referrer within 10 business days following the event, based on an individual agreement between the parties.

4. Priority principle

It may happen that multiple Referrers submit the same Venue. In such cases, the payment of the Reward is determined by the order in which successful contact is established.

If Referrer "A" submits the Venue first, but we are unable to reach an agreement with their provided contact (or the contact is unresponsive), and subsequently Referrer "B" submits the same Venue with a different contact person with whom we successfully conclude a contract and host the event, the Reward shall be granted to Referrer "B".

5. Validity period

Every Valid Referral remains valid for 4 months (120 days) from the date of submission. If the contract signing with the Venue and the execution of the first event occur outside this 4-month timeframe, the Referrer is no longer entitled to the Reward, and the referral automatically expires.

6. Self-referral and conflict of interest

The purpose of the Program is to reward successful referrals. Accordingly, the owners, managers, and official representatives authorized to sign contracts on behalf of the submitted Venue are not eligible for the Reward for submitting a venue in which they have a direct interest (self-referral). However, other employees of the Venue who do not possess substantive decision-making or ownership authority (e.g., bartenders, waitstaff, assistants) may validly participate in the Program, provided they successfully and demonstrably connect the Unmatched team with the appropriate decision-maker.

7. Data processing and consent

By submitting the form, the Referrer declares and warrants, assuming full responsibility, that the third party provided by them (the Venue's decision-maker/contact person) has given their explicit and prior consent for their personal data (name, phone number, e-mail address) to be transferred by the Referrer to the Unmatched team for the purpose of establishing a business connection.

Unmatched processes the received data exclusively for the purposes of B2B (business) contact, on-site consultations, and potential contracting.

Further details regarding data processing, as well as the rights of the data subjects, can be found in Unmatched's official Privacy Policy.

8. Confidentiality and protection of business secrets

The Referrer acknowledges that all information obtained during the referral process, the initiation of contact, and the negotiations between Unmatched and the Venue (including, but not limited to, financial and rental terms, details of concluded agreements, planned event dates, as well as Unmatched's business and organizational processes) constitutes strictly confidential business secrets. The Referrer is obligated to maintain the confidentiality of this information; they may not disclose it to any third party either verbally or in writing, may not make it public (e.g., on social media platforms), and may not use it for their own or others' business purposes. The confidentiality obligation remains in effect without time limitation starting from the submission of the referral.

9. Final provisions

Unmatched reserves the right to disqualify the Referrer and withhold the payment of the reward in the event of abuse, provision of false information, or suspected misuse of the Program.

Unmatched reserves the right to modify these Guidelines unilaterally and without prior notice, as well as to suspend or terminate the Program at any time. Modifications will not apply retroactively to Valid Referrals that are already in progress.

These Referral Guidelines were drafted in Hungarian, and an English translation is also available. In the event of any discrepancy between the two, the Hungarian version shall prevail.

This version [version number: v1.0] of the Referral Guidelines becomes effective on April 4, 2026, and remains valid until revoked.
